From growing up pretending to play the bass guitar with my grandfather, to curating an atmosphere where music is therapy. Our DJ knows how to read the room and create the perfect atmosphere for you and your guests. 1. How do I book you for an event?You can book me by contacting me through email, phone, or my booking form. Once we confirm availability, I’ll send a contract and deposit request to secure the date.2. What types of events do you DJ?I DJ weddings, corporate events, private parties, school events, festivals, clubs, and more.3. How far in advance should I book?I recommend booking as early as possible—popular dates often fill up 2–6 months in advance.4. Do you require a deposit?Yes, a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 7 - 14 days before the day of the event.5. What genres of music do you play?I play a wide range of genres depending on the event, including Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Dancehall, Top 40, EDM, House, Throwbacks, 70, 80s, 90s, Pop and more. I tailor the music to your crowd and atmosphere.6. Can I request specific songs or a playlist?Absolutely. You can provide a request list and “do not play” list. I’ll blend your preferences with my professional judgment to keep the energy right.7. Do you provide your own equipment?Yes, I can provide a full professional sound system, microphones, and lighting if needed. If the venue already has equipment, I can work with that as well.8. Do you travel?Yes, I am available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and logistics.9. How long is your typical DJ set?A standard booking is 2–4 hours, but I offer custom packages and can perform for longer if requested.10. Can you also MC/host the event?Yes, MC services can be included. I can help with announcements, introductions, and keeping the event flowing.11. What happens if you have technical issues at the event?I always arrive early for setup and carry backup equipment to avoid disruptions.12. Do you take last-minute bookings?If I’m available, yes! Contact me and I’ll do my best to accommodate.13. What are your rates?Rates vary depending on the event type, location, duration, and equipment needs. Contact me with details for a custom quote.14. How early do you arrive to set up?I typically arrive 2 hours before the event to set up and soundcheck.
